Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting this form, I hereby consent to Catamaran Family Office (the “Multifamily Office”) to collect, use, store, disclose, transfer, and otherwise process my personal data voluntarily provided by me through this form for the purpose of providing me with information, materials, and services made available on the Multifamily Office website.

I acknowledge that the processing of personal data by the Multifamily Office shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “UAE PDPL”), and, where applicable, the data protection laws and regulations of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), including DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020.

I understand that the UAE PDPL generally regulates how organizations may collect, use, store, transfer, and protect personal data, and may include rules relating to consent, lawful bases for processing, data subject rights, controller and processor obligations, cross-border data transfers, and information security measures.

This consent becomes effective upon submission of this form and remains valid until I withdraw it by sending a written request to the Multifamily Office. Upon withdrawal, my personal data will be deleted or otherwise processed in accordance with the applicable legal retention periods and requirements.
